點樣解凍最穩陣？

記住，三文魚柳解凍唔可以求其擺喺枱面或者用熱水，咁樣好易滋生細菌，仲會破壞魚肉質感。

最推薦：雪櫃慢解凍（保持最佳質素）
預早一晚將需要嘅魚柳由冰格轉落雪櫃（0-4°C），等佢慢慢解凍。咁樣解凍嘅魚柳最接近新鮮狀態，肉質保持嫩滑，唔會流失太多水份。

快手方法：凍水解凍（趕時間用）
如果唔記得早一晚拎出嚟，可以將魚柳連埋真空包裝或者放入密實袋，成袋浸喺凍水入面。每30分鐘換一次水，大約30-45分鐘就解凍好。解凍後要即刻煮，千祈唔好放返入雪櫃。

終極快脆：直接煮（最緊要快）
三文魚柳同其他肉唔同，唔使完全解凍都可以直接煮。凍住落鑊仲容易煎到外脆內嫩，怕生可以落蓋焗多一陣。
