DELIVERY POLICY

WE DELIVER 7 DAYS A WEEK

Place your order before 12:00 noon for next day delivery.

Please note our minimum spend is $800 for delivery, we have the right to refuse any orders that is not met and will provide a refund. If you would like to request for a special circumstance, please email info@blackmarkethk.com

Enjoy FREE Delivery when you spend over HK$1,500. Below this amount, there will be delivery fee at HK$100. Please input your address in English for delivery purpose.

During certain circumstances when demand is very high, we reserve the right to ship the day following our usual delivery (within 48 hours of ordering). Please bare with us and sorry for the inconvenience.

We only deliver on Wednesdays & Fridays to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan & South Lantau.
No delivery to Outlying Islands.
Delivery to certain restricted areas within Kowloon and the New Territories, such as the following mentioned areas will require special arrangements due to considerations of driver availability:
▫ Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, and all country park areas
▫ New Territories: Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin Au, Shuen Wan, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Joss House, Sheung Wo Che, and Ha Wo Che

We deliver 7 days per week including Sundays and public holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year Day and Chinese New Year). If you place an order before 12:00 noon on a Saturday, then your shipment will be delivered on Sunday.

We will email you a delivery note before your delivery is made, our driver will call you before they make the delivery.

Please ensure you leave 2 valid contactable telephone numbers and email address, otherwise, we will not be able to deliver to you and may need to charge you a second delivery fee. You may wish to add the phone number of your helper or a neighbor if there is a chance you won’t be able to answer.

We do not have delivery schedule in advance or delivery pre-arrangements as unexpected traffic and weather conditions may affect delivery schedule. Drivers will assign their routes on the delivery day according to the orders and will change their routes subject to the actual situation. Normally, delivery is made from 10am to 7pm.

We will email you a delivery note before your delivery is made, our driver will call you before they make the delivery.

We will deliver your order to one address only. We do not accept request to deliver a single order to multiple delivery addresses.

If you are unable to accept the delivery, the driver will return the order to our warehouse and deliver the next day. Additional charges may be incurred.

If delivery requires staff to walk up the building stairwell to deliver, an additional charge of $20 per floor shall be paid directly to the delivery staff.

We can only hold your order for a maximum of 3 days. Request for delivery more than 3 days after the day of purchase will not be entertained, provided you are agreeable for the whole order to be kept frozen as to maintain the stock.
