Delivery Policy

Delivery Schedule:

  • We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays and Public Holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Chinese New Year).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Place your order by 18:00PM to ensure next-day delivery.
  • During periods of high demand, delivery may be delayed by an additional day (within 48 hours of ordering). We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Important Details:

1. Contact Information

  • Ensure you provide 2 valid contact numbers and an email address. If we cannot reach you, a second delivery fee may apply
  • You may provide contact number of your helper or a neighbor if necessary.

2. Delivery Notes:

  • A delivery note will be emailed to you prior to delivery.
  • Our driver will contact you by phone before making the delivery.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery is usually between 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM.
  • We do not have a fixed delivery schedule in advance or pre-arrangements as unexpected traffic and weather conditions may affect the delivery schedule.
  • Routes are assigned on the day of delivery, subject to traffic and weather conditions.

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to the warehouse and re-delivered the next day.
  • Additional charges may apply.

5. Special Conditions

  • If delivery requires staff to walk up the building stairwell,  an additional charge of $20 per floor shall be paid directly to the delivery staff.
  • We can only hold orders for a maximum of 3 days. If you request delivery beyond this period, the entire order will be frozen to maintain stock quality.

6. Single Address

    • Deliveries are made to one address only.
    • We cannot accommodate requests to deliver a single order to multiple delivery addresses.
