• 魚肉可能會有少量骨或皮，煮之前順手留意一下就得
• 直接由冰箱拎出嚟，擺落雪櫃下格解凍最穩陣
• 如果趕時間，放入密封袋再浸凍水，快脆好多
• 解凍後盡快煮，煮之前用廚房紙吸吓水份會更香口
