冰鮮澳洲牛仔牛柳扒，整塊1.5公斤！

澳洲牛仔纖維細膩、汁水充足，並帶有一股淡淡的奶香味。得益於澳洲得天獨厚的自然條件與科學的養殖技術，澳洲牛仔的品質相當出色。

做法：

1. 將牛扒從冰箱取出，回溫至室溫。
2. 用廚房紙巾擦乾牛扒表面。
3. 在牛扒兩面撒上鹽和黑胡椒。
4. 熱鍋冷油，將牛扒放入鍋中，大火煎至兩面金黃。
5. 調節火力，煎至喜歡的熟度（3分熟、5分熟、7分熟等）。
6. 取出牛扒，靜置3-5分鐘後切片。
7. 在平底鍋加入牛油、蒜末和迷迭香爆香，再淋在牛扒上即可。
