西冷是來自哪個部位？

西冷牛扒，又名沙朗牛扒，是所有扒類中最受歡迎的其中一個部位。我們所採用的牛肉品種都是200日穀飼黑毛安格斯。

西冷牛肉，又名沙朗牛肉，是牛的腰脊部分。每隻牛有兩條西冷肉，佔身體的 4.4%

• 西冷肌肉活動量較少，脂肪含量和肉筋也不多，所以肉瘦、軟腍，多汁
• 西冷肉 - 多汁、鮮嫩可口，可切成扒塊。
• T骨 - 提供 2 種不同質地和口味 - 較小的一側是牛柳肉，另一側是多汁的西冷肉。
