了解部位

肉眼是來自哪個部位？

肉眼牛扒，是我們所有扒類中最受歡迎的一個部位。我們的牛肉所採用的黑毛安格斯牛隻都是放養、草飼的，這不僅保證牛扒的味道，而且不含激素和抗生素。

肉眼來自牛的胸脊與肋骨之間的肌肉（Cube Roll），佔身體的 2.8%。由於肌肉的活動量不大，所以非常軟嫩多汁，用來做烤肉或牛扒就最美味不過！Cube Roll 包括以下切割：

• Standing Rib Roast
• Rib Cutlet（Rib Eye 肉眼）
• Tomahawk 斧頭扒
• Scotch Rillet Roast
• Scotch Fillet Steak
